One of my favorite instruments, from the excellent people at Flight Music. It’s a Tenor-size uke, with a beautiful scalloped cutaway, a comfort edge and open head stock.

It has a solid Spruce top, with (darker), figured Acacia sides and back, to contrast it beautifully. A pickup / EQ array, so it’s ready for plug-and-play at Open Mic events.

Intonation is excellent, fret action, near-perfect. Sound quality is rich, deep and beautiful. I re-strung mine with Fluorocarbons and a Low G string, though I know others who prefer it as is.

The Flight Victoria is also offered in Concert size. They a make a version with their patented “Soundwave” system, which offers built-in effects, such as Delay, Chorus and Reverb … without plugging it into an amp.

As with all Tenor ukes and most Concert size, Flight thoughtfully includes a beautiful 15mm padded Gig Bag, a color booklet and Chord Chart with the instrument.
